waiting on God

the last year we have spent a lot of time waiting...

waiting for our little girl to show up

waiting for our current house basement to be finished (we get carpet installed on July 20th)

waiting for the new house to get finished

(we tore apart the kitchen about a month ago)

but I think the hardest waiting has been waiting on God's direction for our family.

Just when we think that we have it figured out...when we think we realize how God is going to work His will. A curve ball is added or something that we both didn't expect. Don't get me wrong. We both know and believe that God will lead us if we jump out in faith and listen. We just have a hard time waiting for His timing. We know all along that it will be better than anything we could have ever hoped or imagined. We just don't know how He is going to accomplish it all. So now we are trying to do just that. Wait knowing everything will work out. Wait knowing that time is ticking away and decisions need to be made. So we will continue to try to do just that....WAIT.
